Although considered softwood, woods such as eucalyptus and Acajou D’Afrique grown in Angola have a larger texture than other growing regions.

Eucalyptus species have been planted in Angola since the early twentieth century. The species introduction experiment of Tchianga, in the Angolan Highlands, was established in 1966/1967. Eucalyptus wood is very strong, high density, their harness even higher than white oak.

Description

Eucalyptus slabs, hailing from two distinct species – red and pink – offer a captivating blend of exotic flair and inherent durability.
